Planly is a local-first personal planning app. No Planly account is required. Your plan titles, schedule, execution records, focus sessions, templates and preferences are stored in the app's container on your device. Planly does not send these records to a developer-operated server, use advertising trackers, or include third-party analytics SDKs in this version.
With your permission, local notifications show plan titles and timing on your device. Widgets and Live Activities use Apple's system surfaces and an on-device App Group shared with the app extension. Their content may be visible on your Home Screen, Lock Screen or Dynamic Island; you control access and previews in iOS settings.
Apple processes App Store purchases. Planly uses verified StoreKit transactions to determine Pro access; the developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple's privacy policy and purchase terms apply to Apple's services.
iCloud synchronization is not provided by this version. Your operating system's device backup settings may independently include app data. Exporting or copying a JSON backup puts a readable copy where you choose, such as the clipboard or another app; protect it as personal information. Importing a backup replaces the records included in it only after validation and a successful atomic save.
You can export your data and use Delete All Data in Settings. Deletion removes the app's saved records; it cannot remove copies you exported, backups controlled by iOS, or copies outside the app. Uninstalling removes the app container subject to Apple's device/backup behavior. No Planly account deletion is needed because no account exists.
If you choose to write feedback, avoid including private plan details. You may save a draft locally or deliberately send it through your email app. Email may include the text, reply contact and optional device/app diagnostics you selected; email providers process the message under their own policies.
